Mozafero Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Mozafero Business Manager (the "Application"), a proprietary platform developed and operated by Mozafero Inc. ("Mozafero," "we," "us," or "our"). This Application is designed exclusively for authorized business managers and operators within the Mozafero ecosystem to manage, monitor, and scale multiple direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand portfolios from a single centralized interface.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information in connection with your use of the Application. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all authorized users of the Mozafero Business Manager Application, including business managers, brand operators, and designated account administrators; all data processed through the Application including brand performance data, advertising account data, and operational metrics; and all brands, sub-accounts, and portfolios managed through the Application on behalf of Mozafero Inc. or its affiliated entities.
This Policy does not apply to the individual consumer-facing storefronts operated under brands within the Mozafero portfolio. Those properties maintain separate privacy policies.
3. Information We Collect
Account and Identity Information When a business manager account is created, we collect full name, professional title, and contact information; login credentials including username and encrypted password; role and permission level within the organizational hierarchy; and device identifiers and IP addresses used to access the Application.
Brand and Portfolio Data In the course of managing brand portfolios, we collect brand profile information including brand names, product categories, and revenue data; advertising account data from connected platforms including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads such as campaign performance metrics, spend data, and creative assets; Shopify and e-commerce platform data including sales figures, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs; financial reporting data including profit and loss summaries and ROAS; and audit logs of actions taken by business managers across managed brand accounts.
Usage and Activity Data We automatically collect data about how you use the Application, including features accessed, reports generated, session duration, login timestamps, and error logs.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to authenticate users and enable business managers to perform their designated functions across brand portfolios; to provide consolidated dashboards, performance analytics, and cross-brand reporting that support scaling via Facebook and Google advertising; to monitor user activity, detect unauthorized access, and enforce role-based permissions; to analyze platform usage and improve Application features; to maintain records for internal audit and compliance; and to send operational notices and system updates to authorized users.
5. Multi-Brand Account Structure & Data Isolation
Access to brand data is strictly governed by role assignments — a business manager will only view or modify data for brands explicitly assigned to their account by a Mozafero administrator. Each brand maintains a logically separated data environment and is not commingled with another brand's data unless explicitly authorized for cross-portfolio reporting. Mozafero Inc. retains full administrative oversight of all brand accounts, and all data processed within the Application remains the property of Mozafero Inc. or its affiliated entities.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Mozafero does not sell, rent, or trade user or brand data to third parties. We may share data with integrated third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, and Shopify as necessary for platform functionality — their data practices are governed by their own policies. We may also share data with vetted service providers who assist in operating the Application, who are contractually bound to handle data only as directed by Mozafero. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Mozafero or its users. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer as part of that transaction with prior notice to users.
7. Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of authorized access. Brand performance and advertising data is retained for a minimum of 36 months to support longitudinal analysis and exit due diligence. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 24 months. Following account deactivation, residual data may be retained for up to 12 months before secure deletion unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Data Security
Mozafero implements industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission via TLS/SSL, encrypted storage for all sensitive account and brand information, multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all business manager accounts, role-based access controls with least-privilege enforcement, regular security audits, and incident response procedures in the event of a suspected breach. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access immediately.
9. User Rights and Controls
Authorized users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of their personal account data. Users may also request restriction of processing in certain circumstances. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@mozafero.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions, remember user preferences, and collect usage analytics. Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may impact Application functionality.
11. No Access by Minors
The Application is intended solely for professional use by authorized adult users. It is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
12. Changes to This Policy
Mozafero reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. When material changes are made, authorized users will be notified via email or in-Application notification at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
